Secure on-line ordering
Purchasing through our secure on-line system with your credit card is the quickest way to purchase goods from Schiller Vineyards. We accept VISA, MasterCard and PayPal.

Please note: Your order will not be dispatched until your payment has cleared. We ask that you forward your cheque or money order to us at your earliest convenience to ensure your goods are dispatched as soon as possible.

Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide to all states and terrirories, including regional and country areas. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes as we use a courier

Estimated delivery date
At the time of ordering you will be sent an estimated delivery date. However, orders typically arrive within the following time frames:

South Australia: 2-3 working days
Victoria: 3-4 working days
New South Wales: 4-5 working days
Australian Capital Territory: 4-5 working days
Queensland: 4-5 working days
Western Australia: 4-6 working days
Northern Territory: 4-6 working days
Tasmania: 4-6 working days

Please note: Orders to regional or remote areas may take longer

Taking delivery of your goods & nominating a recipient
To reduce the risk of minors being able to access alcohol, Schiller Vineyards will only make deliveries to a nominated recipient, who must be over 18 years of age. You can nominate anyone as your recipient including a receptionist, friend or family member. If your nominated recipient is not available at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left and your order will be taken to your local Australia Post Delivery Centre where the nominated recipient will be able to collect the goods.

Schiller Vineyards deliver during business hours, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Late deliveries
In the event that your order does not arrive by the due date, please contact us immediately at info@schillervineyards.com.au Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will make every effort to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

Schiller Vineyards will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
